Abstract: Note for EP Lesson 10, talking about meeting for discussing the sales strategy

The Dialogue Summary

Thie dialogue is started from the manager held a meeting to discuss the sales strategy. He want concrete solutions to drive sales. He first asked Roger. Roger said he thought that their price is the most expensive in the market, so he thought they need to lower their price to match the competitors. The manager was a little angry after heard that and he said “Not very creative. It’ll never fly with Swan. What kind of thinking is that? Geez.” Then he asked Natalie and she suggested sales promotion such as two-for-one offer. The manager was angrier and said “That’s the same thing, bad idea. Damm it people comes on! think!”. Then he reminded people that the CEO(Swan) will be here any minutes.

The CEO came in and asked the solution. The Natalie said the same suggestion: we are considering a two-for-one to get more competitive. Mr Swan kind of like the sound of that and the suggestion should like something they should consider.

After hearing the comment of CEO, the manager started to say: “Just what I was thinking, it is brilliant idea“!
